The organisations below provide learning opportunities and support services to young people and adults with learning, difficulties, disabilities and/or mental health support needs. Some organisations offer support for carers whilst others offer training to tutors, teachers and other professionals.

We provide childcare in our Nursery, support and advice for people going into work, and individual empowerment and fulfilment through our Training Department.
Encore Re-Use is a local charity and social enterprise based in Ashbourne. As a furniture recycling and re-use project, it provides furniture and other household items at a low cost to people on low income in the Derbyshire Dales.
Enjoying Derby is a walking for wellbeing programme. There are walks every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon throughout the year, winter and summer. All walks are free and open to everyone. walks are between one and three miles long and last from one to three hours. Walks are themed - historical or natural history. Walkers can learn about aspects of Derby while exploring it from birdwatching to Art Deco architecture. We work in partnership with Derby Museums, Derby City Council, Derby College, voluntary sector organisations and specialist volunteers.There are opportunities for volunteers as walk leaders and a one day walk leader training course runs every three months.
